Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@saadiwears.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because each item is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Colour variation due to screen differences

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
